STEP ONE:

Confirm That You Meet Eligibility Requirements

All Credentia Nurse Aide Evaluators are independent contractors and must meet program eligibility requirements including:

  • At least one year of experience caring for the elderly or chronically ill of any age
  • Carry automobile insurance
  • Willingness to provide nurse aide test evaluation services at least once per month

STEP TWO:

Submit a Questionnaire.

Complete an electronic questionnaire here that provides us with some information about you and your nursing experience.

STEP THREE:

Meet with Credentia Representative by Phone.

A Credentia representative will contact you shortly after you submit your questionnaire to discuss your responses and answer any further questions you may have about the program.

STEP FOUR:

Sign Credentia Agreement.

We’ll send you an independent contractor agreement via DocuSign for electronic signature.

STEP FIVE:

Attend Program Orientation

Attend a 1-day program orientation to learn full details about the Pearson VUE program and your duties to administer the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP™) exam.
